By downloading, registering for, or using the Cajeput mobile application and services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

1. Service Description

Cajeput is a collaborative expense tracking and household financial management application designed for couples and families (Shared Expense Tracking & Financial Intimacy). The Service enables users to log income and expenses together, organize joint cash books, discuss records with in-context notes and comments, attach receipts, and view shared financial overviews.

2. Service Plans & Freemium Model

Free Plan: Provides core collaborative expense logging and budget tracking for two linked partners.
Subscription Plans (Couple Pro & Family Max): Provide extended collaborative capacity, higher member limits, receipt attachments, advanced analytics summaries, and additional premium tools as detailed within the app and on our official website.
Pricing & Quota Transparency: Current plan features, quotas, and subscription prices are transparently displayed in the app and on our website at the time of purchase and may be updated periodically.
Data Privacy Commitment: Your data is protected by strict access controls and encryption.

3. User Accounts & Security

You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
Each account is intended for individual use; sharing login credentials outside of official app collaboration mechanisms is prohibited.
You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or security breaches involving your account.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

Engage in unlawful, fraudulent, money laundering, or harmful activities.
Upload, store, or transmit illegal, defamatory, abusive, or infringing content.
Attempt unauthorized access to our systems, servers, networks, or databases.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the application source code.
Disrupt or compromise the security, integrity, or performance of the Service.

5. User Content & Shared Data

You retain full ownership of the data, financial logs, and content you submit to the Service.
You grant Cajeput a limited, non-exclusive license solely to process, host, and display your data to provide the Service to you and your invited members.
Shared financial data is visible strictly to authorized members invited into the corresponding shared book.
Personal data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy.

6. App Store Billing Obligations (Apple App Store & Google Play Store)

Apple App Store (iOS) — Guideline 3.1.1 / 3.1.2

Subscription payments are charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation.
Subscriptions automatically renew (Auto-Renewable Subscription) unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends at the selected plan rate.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your Apple ID Account Settings.
A Restore Purchases button is accessible within the app to restore active subscriptions on eligible devices.

Google Play Store (Android) — Google Play Billing

Subscription payments are securely processed through Google Play Billing.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions anytime in the Google Play Store app under Payments & Subscriptions.
A Restore Purchases button is accessible within the app.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Canceling a subscription prevents future recurring charges while preserving access to premium features until the end of your current paid billing period.
Refund requests are governed by and processed directly through the respective platform: Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play (play.google.com/store/account).

7. Account Deletion & Data Rights

Instant Account Deletion: You can permanently delete your account directly via Settings within the app. Upon confirmation, credentials and profile data are removed permanently without a grace period.
Important Subscription Note: In-app account deletion does NOT automatically cancel active subscriptions on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. You must cancel active store subscriptions separately via your Apple or Google account settings.
Data Portability: You have the right to export a complete copy of your personal data free of charge across all tiers via in-app Settings in compliance with applicable privacy laws (UU PDP, GDPR, CCPA).

8. Intellectual Property

All copyrights, trademarks, UI designs, code, logos, and service materials are the exclusive property of Cajeput and yushraalabs and are protected under international copyright and intellectual property legislation.

9. Financial & Legal Disclaimers

Not a Bank or Payment Institution: Cajeput is not a bank, licensed financial institution, payment service provider, or e-wallet. We do not hold, transfer, or process real money transactions.
No Financial, Tax, or Accounting Advice: The Service is an expense logging tool. We do not provide certified financial advisory, tax consulting, or auditing services. Financial decisions remain solely the responsibility of the user.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cajeput and its developers are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia (including UU No. 27/2022 UU PDP), while respecting mandatory consumer protection and privacy standards in jurisdictions where our users reside (such as GDPR and CCPA).
